Watercolour of a scene I saw (and photographed) - with giraffe - at Makalali Game Reserve South Africa. I produced the strong colours through using concentrated paint.

South Africa.

The fantastic tree gives this painting an oriental look somehow, though I realise its set in Africa.

Thankyou very much; this part of Africa had a unique light which was especially apparent at sunset; and I had never seen the silhouette effect like this before I went to S. Africa so it gave me alot of inspiration. :)
